Our Client, a Specialised Medical Center with multiple offices in Cyprus, is currently looking for a Receptionist/Coordinator for their offices in Larnaca.
Responsibilities:
- Control and supervision of the work schedule, medical files, collections and general management of the fund
- Coordination of daily activities and appointments
- Providing high-level customer service
- Maintains and manages all archiving systems
- Ensures ongoing customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any problems that arise and contributes to the development and further improvement
- Contributes to various actions and activities of the center
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder
- Previous experience in a similar role required
- Desirable but not required experience in scheduling, medical record keeping, cash management and data entry/processing
- Ability to communicate in Greek and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Organizational, administrative and communication skills
Working Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 08:45–13:00 and 14:00–18:00
- Friday: 08:45–13:00 and 14:00–16:45
