Our client is a Marine Services Company and they are looking for an HR Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters.
  • Managing electronic timekeeping systems, collecting, and reviewing timesheets.
  • Maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports required for social insurance and income tax.
  • Knowledge of EXELSYS is a plus

 
Requirements:

  • Forming, maintaining employee records and updating databases internally.
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR document (e.g., employment agreements).
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring process.
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e., holiday and sick days taken.
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
  • Being updated about the provisions of the relevant legislation or human resource regulations.

Working Hours:

The working hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am-5 pm (onsite role)
