Our client is a Marine Services Company and they are looking for an HR Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Forming, maintaining employee records and updating databases internally.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR document (e.g., employment agreements).
- Assist with recruitment and hiring process.
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e., holiday and sick days taken.
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
- Being updated about the provisions of the relevant legislation or human resource regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management or any other relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant position.
- High level of communication skills: teamwork, willing to help people.
- Multitasking and time management skills.
- High level of initiative and confidentiality.
- Office Programs knowledge
- Knowledge of EXELSYS is a plus
- Fluent Greek and English skills
- Located in Limassol area
Working Hours:
The working hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am-5 pm (onsite role)
