Our Client is an independent long standing Insurance Broker looking for an office administrator for their offices in Strovolos - Nicosia.
There is an option for Part- Time as well as Full Time.
Responsibilities:
- Office administration support and customer reception
- Operation of phone and electronic mail
- Archiving/filling/recording/scanning of documents
- Coordination and dispatch of couriers and certificates
- Recording of court dates
- Recording of actual expenses
- Dealing with bank forms for opening or updating of bank accounts
- Other related office administration tasks as indicated by the employer
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Greek and English language
- Excellent computer skills
Benefits :
- 1200 Gross and 1500 Gross monthly after probation
- For Part time work the salary will need to be discussed.
Working Hours:
Working hours : Flexible
8-5 or 9-6
