Receptionist/Secretary - Limassol

Our client is a Limassol based Law Firm offering its services to corporate and individual clients both local and international and they are currently looking to recruit an organized, communicative Secretary / Receptionist to support the daily office operations and provide a welcoming first point of contact their clients. 

Responsibilities 

  • Welcome and assist clients
  • Manage phone calls and email correspondence
  • Coordinate appointments and support day-to-day office operations

Requirements 

  • Very good knowledge of Greek, English, and Russian (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Knowledge of Land Registry procedures will be considered a bonus
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Professional attitude with strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a responsible approach to work
