Our client is a Limassol based Law Firm offering its services to corporate and individual clients both local and international and they are currently looking to recruit an organized, communicative Secretary / Receptionist to support the daily office operations and provide a welcoming first point of contact their clients.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients
- Manage phone calls and email correspondence
- Coordinate appointments and support day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Greek, English, and Russian (speaking, reading and writing)
- Knowledge of Land Registry procedures will be considered a bonus
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)
- Professional attitude with strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and a responsible approach to work
