Our client, an Events Planning Agency based in Limassol, is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations and ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently
- Manage and maintain inventory of event equipment, decorations, and supplies
- Implement and maintain a digital stock management system so all items are accurately tracked and easy to locate
- Coordinate the organisation, storage, and retrieval of event items
- Assist with the creation and preparation of decorations in the on-site workshop
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and well-organised at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory management role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or stock management software
- Fluent in English (Greek or Russian is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- The successful candidate must have a car as it is needed to get to the warehouse as it is in the mountains of Limassol
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours based on operational needs
- Physical presence at the warehouse is required during events and busy periods
- Remote work is possible during quieter periods, once full inventory is digitally set up and all stock is accurately recorded and accessible
Advantages:
- Experience or interest in event decoration, prop-making, or creative workshop work
- Familiarity with event industry equipment and supplies

- The client is offering a salary of 1800 euros NET based on experience, qualifications and skills
