Our client is an international AdTech company in Limassol is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager with experience working with data-centric systems, to lead the evolution of data-driven products — tools that transform complex AdTech data into actionable intelligence for our customers. This person focuses on Product definition, requirement gathering and analysis and providing clear, technical user stories to the development team.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders, engineering, data, and operations teams to define product vision, collect requirements and translate them into engineering lingo, to ensure execution aligns with business goals.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can think strategically, speak fluently with both technical and business stakeholders, and drive clarity in a data-heavy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for our data and analytics platforms.
- Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Work closely with Development and Data Engineering to shape and deliver high-impact features.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate solutions.
- Manage the full product lifecycle — from ideation to release, feedback, and iteration.
- Build deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, RTB flows) to guide product direction.
- Ensure a seamless UX across tools used by technical and non-technical users.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in MarTech or data-heavy SaaS.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, analytics platforms, and reporting systems.
- Proven success managing products used by both internal teams and external clients.
- Excellent ability to translate between business and technical requirements.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs, success metrics, and product health indicators.
- Exceptional communication skills and structured thinking — you turn chaos into clarity.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development workflows and tools (Jira, ClickUp, or similar).
- Background in data visualization, ML, data fusion or maritime system development is a plus
- Technical literacy with SQL, Metabase, or BI tools — you can validate data independently is a plus
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs is a plus
- Located in Cyprus
- EU-citizenship
Working Hours:
The working days are Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm with an hour off (onsite job for people located in Limassol, for candidates located in Paphos, Nicosia, etc. hybrid working can be discussed).
