Our Client, a Specialised Medical Center with multiple offices in Cyprus, is currently looking for a Receptionist/Coordinator for their offices in Nicosia. 

Responsibilities:

  • Control and supervision of the work schedule, medical files, collections and general management of the fund
  • Coordination of daily activities and appointments
  • Providing high-level customer service
  • Maintains and manages all archiving systems
  • Ensures ongoing customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any problems that arise and contributes to the development and further improvement
  • Contributes to various actions and activities of the center 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or degree holder
  • Previous experience in a similar role required
  • Desirable but not required experience in scheduling, medical record keeping, cash management and data entry/processing
  • Ability to communicate in Greek and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Organizational, administrative and communication skills

Working Hours: 

  • Monday–Thursday: 08:45–13:00 and 14:00–18:00
  • Friday: 08:45–13:00 and 14:00–16:45
