We are assisting a valued and long standing client of ours within the Fintech sector who are looking to onboard a Revenue Growth Lead - to spearhead their sales team and be located onsite at their main offices in Limassol.
Revenue Growth Lead
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Revenue Growth Leader to lead our sales operations from our Limassol office.
- This role will be responsible for defining and executing sales strategies, leading sales teams, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong commercial acumen, exceptional team management skills, and solid experience within the payments, fintech, or technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales teams to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Establish sales objectives, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in new markets, industry verticals, and geographic regions.
- Oversee and optimise sales operations within HubSpot, ensuring accurate reporting, pipeline management, and efficient sales workflows.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to senior leadership, providing insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and successful execution of company objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, performance management, and customer engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably within the payments, fintech, technology, gaming or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with experience leading international or cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Deep understanding of the payments and fintech landscape.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Commercial mindset with strong business development capabilities.
- Experience managing sales teams across multiple locations or international markets is an advantage.
- English language is a must.
