Our client is an international energy company who have activities both in Cyprus and overseas. They are currently looking for a Russian-speaking Office Manager / PA for their office in Limassol.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide support to the company’s executives, CEO, including travelling and other arrangements
- Responsible for maintaining day to day administrative services
- Answering all company calls and taking messages
- Arranging appointments/meetings and maintaining calendar
- Front-desk activities
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Ordering stationery and any other office supplies to ensure smooth operation of the office.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, business administration, marketing
Looking for a candidate with:
- Russian + English is a must, Greek (at least A2)
- Preferably 2-3 experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, power point, outlook)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Responsible /reliable person
- Motivated, committed and disciplined
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Car/driving license/ business trips in Cyprus once every now and then, for the purpose of taking notes, making briefs, writing down tasks, etc
