Our Client an Online Gaming and Media Company based in Limassol is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter.
The position is for Part - time and you have the option of working Remotely / Hybrid / in office.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the interview process, including providing feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- 3-4 Years minimum of experience.
- Proven experience as a recruiter is a MUST
- Coming from Forex / Gaming / Fintech is a MUST.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- EU-citizenship
Benefits :
