Our client is one of the leading Oil and Gas companies and they are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist / Secretary for their offices in Nicosia and who will be responsible for covering the reception area and the telephones.
Duties:
- Handling all inbound calls
- Meeting and greeting any gusts to the company
- Documents in/out flow management
- Daily administrative support of personnel
- Arranging of video / conference calls
Qualifications Required:
- At least 2 years relevant work experience
- Professional, well-spoken and easy-going personality with a natural people and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Fluency in English and Greek with Russian language skills a strong plus
Salary:
- Salary based on experience.

Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
