Our client is one of the oldest Family owned Hotel chains in Cyprus and Greece and they are looking to onboard an Marketing Executive for their existing team to be based in Limassol and the location will be at one of the Hotels.
Role Objectives:
The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in contributing to the marketing department’s operations, ensuring smooth execution of strategies, and helping the company achieve its marketing objectives.
Functions, Responsibilities and Requirements:
Strategic Marketing Planning and Budgeting:
- Developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy for the hotel chain, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand vision.
- Overseeing the marketing budget for the hotel chain, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various marketing activities.
- Setting marketing objectives, KPIs, and budgets for each property, brand and the chain.
- Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the head of each marketing cluster, setting clear goals, and providing guidance and support to team members.
Brand Management:
- Overseeing the hotels’ brand positioning and ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and tone across all properties.
- Developing and executing brand guidelines to maintain uniformity across various channels, from advertising to digital presence.
- Supporting relevant departments by creating materials and tools including brochures, presentations, hotel material and digital assets.
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Creating integrated marketing campaigns that target key customer segments
- Leading seasonal promotions, special packages, and offers to boost bookings during peak and off-peak seasons in communication with revenue departments
- Collaborating with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Events) to align campaigns with overall business objectives.
- Tracking and analysing campaign performance, providing regular reports on return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives
Public Relations and Media Relations:
- Building and nurturing relationships with key journalists, bloggers, and influencers in the travel and hospitality industry.
- Organizing press releases, media events, and any other campaigns to generate positive coverage and brand recognition.
- Managing sponsorships and partnerships with local and international organizations to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborating with event planners, local businesses, and third-party organizations to promote events and conferences hosted by the hotel chain.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Working Closely with the Head of Digital and Loyalty Manager for the management of the
- CRM programs to enhance guest loyalty and retention, such as loyalty programs or personalized marketing initiatives.
- Segmenting the customer database and creating targeted campaigns to encourage repeat business and build long-term customer relationships.
Partnerships and Alliances:
- Developing partnerships with online travel agencies (OTAs), tour operators, and local businesses to expand reach and increase visibility.
- Identifying opportunities with travel partners, airlines, and other hospitality organizations.
Benefits:

Working hours:
- 5 Days a week (Monday – Friday)
- 09:00-18:00 (1h lunch break)
- During that hour all staff can take lunch at the restaurant of the Hotel.
