Our client, a River Cruise Management Company in Limassol is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Management who is willing to work hard, to tackle and solve issues and willing to support the senior management in their daily responsibilities and long-term objectives. You will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support.
Your work will ensure that priorities are managed efficiently, information flows smoothly, and management can focus on strategic and operational leadership. This role suits someone who is highly organised, discrete, proactive, and enjoys working closely with decision-makers in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day administrative assistance to management
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing documents
- Taking accurate meeting notes and following up on action points
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinating internal and external communication with stakeholders, partners, and departments
- Maintaining structured digital and physical filing systems
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, documents, and management overviews
- Supporting special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
- Acting as a trusted point of contact and support for management
- You will work in a close and confidential partnership with management, where reliability, discretion, and clarity are essential.
Requirements"
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools
- Excellent written and spoken English and Greek, German OR Dutch
- A high level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required
- Holding a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a comparable discipline is beneficial
- Experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or senior administrative role is considered an advantage
- Responsible, takes initiative, and brings calm structure to a dynamic environment.
Working Hours:
- Working hours: Monday – Friday from 9am – 5.30pm daily with half an hour lunch break.
- Parttime work is possible too.
- Onsite role.
