Front Desk & Corporate Administrative Assistant - Larnaca

Our client is one of the world's leading Corporate Service Providers and they are currently looking to recruit a proactive, organized, bilingual professional (German & English) to join our team at our Business Center in Larnaca in the role of Front Desk & Corporate Administrative Assistant. 

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both client interaction and corporate administration.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience in our business center
  • Professionally handle calls and inquiries, directing them as needed
  • Prepare resolutions, minutes, and various corporate documents (agreements, resolutions, POAs, M&A, Corporate Registers, etc.)
  • Collect and verify KYC documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Complete other administrative duties as requested
  • Handling correspondence

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a corporate administrator
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and within a team
  • Friendly personality with excellent communication skills, reliability, and a proactive approach
  • Motivated, fast learner eager to expand their knowledge.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday either 8.30am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 4:30pm
