Our client is one of the world's leading Corporate Service Providers and they are currently looking to recruit a proactive, organized, bilingual professional (German & English) to join our team at our Business Center in Larnaca in the role of Front Desk & Corporate Administrative Assistant.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both client interaction and corporate administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience in our business center
- Professionally handle calls and inquiries, directing them as needed
- Prepare resolutions, minutes, and various corporate documents (agreements, resolutions, POAs, M&A, Corporate Registers, etc.)
- Collect and verify KYC documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Complete other administrative duties as requested
- Handling correspondence
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience as a corporate administrator
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and within a team
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills, reliability, and a proactive approach
- Motivated, fast learner eager to expand their knowledge.
