The client is a Legal 500 Leading Law Firm having designated offices in Cyprus in 3 prime locations and an International network of offices overseas is looking to hire a Corporate & Commercial Lawyers to be based in Limassol.

This opportunity is suited to lawyers who wish to contribute at a strategic level to complex legal mandates within a Legal 500/IFLR Tier 1 environment, and who are motivated to be part of a practice that operates at the forefront of sophisticated, cross-border work on matters shaping international business.
Your Impact
- You will be involved in high-value, complex and often novel cross-border matters, advising a diverse and sophisticated client base that includes leading domestic, EU and international blue-chip organisations.
- Your work may span across Corporate & Commercial law, M&A, Banking & Finance and Financial Services & Regulation, and will involve close collaboration across teams and disciplines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on complex legal and regulatory matters under Cyprus and EU law
- Handling demanding, time-critical transactions with international elements
- Liaising with regulators, institutional clients, corporates and high-net-worth individuals
- Providing commercially focused, high-quality legal advice aligned with clients’ strategic objectives
- Adopting a proactive, solutions-driven approach to client needs
- Contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the practice
- Supporting the development of junior members of the team and contributing to a culture of excellence and knowledge-sharing
Who We Are Looking For
- We are seeking lawyers with strong technical depth, commercial insight and sound professional judgement, who are comfortable operating within complex, high-value legal environments.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience across Corporate & Commercial law and/or related fields
- A solid understanding of cross-border transactions and international business structures
- The ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice on sophisticated matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
- The capacity to manage demanding workloads within a fast-paced, high-performance setting
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and an uncompromising commitment to professional integrity
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to assume responsibility and contribute meaningfully to team development
