Our client, an Advertising and Communications Company, based in Nicosia, is currently looking for an Accountant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial planning processes
- Process payroll, manage tax filings, and ensure timely compliance
- Review and ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making
- Maintain and update financial records in accounting software
Requirements:
- Candidate must have previous working experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday, 8hours per day with flexibility 8:00/9:00 -5:00/6:00
Benefits:
- The client is offering a salary of up to 26k gross annually based on experience, qualifications and skills.
- 5% provident fund after 6 months of employment
- 21 days of annual leave, with additional days granted based on years of seniority
- Hybrid work structure (Monday-Wednesday onsite, Thursday-Friday from home)
