Our client, a Property Development Company in Limassol is looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive who will be responsible for managing property sales, engaging with clients, and driving revenue through effective marketing, negotiation, and closing of deals. The role demands strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, and the ability to understand client needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.

Responsibilities: 

Client Interaction:

  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance on real estate market trends, investment opportunities, and suitable properties.

Property Promotion and Distribution:

  • Develop and maintain a network of real estate agents.
  • Distribute listings through various channels and networks or real estate agents.
  • Conduct property showings for prospective buyers and answer questions regarding the properties.

Sales Negotiation:

  • Negotiate sales terms and conditions between buyers and sellers.
  • Prepare sales agreements and ensure that all necessary documentation is in place for each transaction.
  • Ensure smooth transaction processes by managing client expectations and addressing concerns.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive pricing to advise clients accordingly.
  • Conduct property valuations and offer comparative market analysis (CMA).

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities, prospects, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to complete transactions.

Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Monitor performance and develop strategies to improve sales results.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • English and/or Greek is a must plus Russian and/or Hebrew and/or Polish and/or Chinese.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Proficient in MS Office and real estate software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Located in Cyprus

Working hours:

  • The working hours are 08:30-17:30 or 09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday (onsite)
