Our client an International Group of Companies with diversified business operations are currently looking to recruit a Supply Chain Officer to join the team at their Limassol based offices
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all key logistics documents.
- Proactively manage and execute all inbound and outbound shipping activities, ensuring timely dispatch, receipt, and delivery in line with schedule requirements.
- Resolve shipping-related issues and respond promptly to errors, discrepancies, and customer complaints.
- Provide comprehensive support in preparing and processing import/export documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and safe delivery of shipments.
- Accurately update and manage shipping information in the ERP system in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain reports to support data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure end-to-end supply chain efficiency and alignment.
Profile:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- 2-3 years working experience will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive, trustworthy, reliable, and capable of managing time effectively in a dynamic industry.
- Eagerness to learn with a commitment to continuous improvement.

- Salary Range: Around 20K Gross on annual basis
