Our client is an international AdTech company in Limassol is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can bring structure and clarity to highly complex, data-dense products.
You will define the user experience across multiple internal and customer-facing platforms. Working closely with Product Management and Software Engineers, you’ll design intuitive interfaces that simplify workflows, reveal insights, and elevate the overall product quality.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, deeply user-focused, and comfortable designing systems used by technical audiences
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process—from research, flows, and wireframes to high-fidelity UI.
- Translate complex data models and operational workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across products (patterns, components, interaction models).
- Produce dashboards, visualizations, and controls that make large-scale data understandable and actionable.
- Work closely with our Product Manager and Stakeholders to define requirements and turn business goals into user-centered features.
- Collaborate with Front-End Engineers to ensure clean, accurate implementation of your designs.
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations to validate UX decisions.
- Proactively identify UX gaps, propose improvements, and drive clarity in fast-moving development cycles
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in SaaS, data-heavy platforms, analytics tools, or AdTech.
- A portfolio showcasing complex systems design, not just marketing sites or static visuals.
- Strong command of design tools (Figma preferred; Sketch, XD acceptable).
- Ability to break down complicated workflows into logical, elegant user journeys.
- Experience designing for users who work with large datasets, dashboards, filtering systems, or operational flows.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and responsive UI.
- Excellent communication skills and a structured approach to presenting rationale and trade-offs.
- Comfort working closely with engineering teams and speaking “technically” when needed.

Working Hours:
- The working days are Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm with an hour off (onsite job for people located in Limassol, for candidates located in Paphos, Nicosia, etc. hybrid working can be discussed
