Our client is a luxury food supplier proudly serving restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and gourmet retailers across Cyprus and they are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive (HORECA) to join our team at their Nicosia Headquarters 

This role requires a high-performing, food-loving sales professional who understands the HORECA market and is driven by results. We serve the HORECA sector with passion, precision, and professionalism. We continue to grow and are  looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our powerhouse team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new HORECA clients 
  • Grow existing client accounts through upselling and excellent relationship management.
  • Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and tastings with prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends in the HORECA food scene.
  • Report market insights to management for strategic planning.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice or HORECA sector.
  • Strong knowledge of premium meat, seafood, or gourmet food products is considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English and Greek.
