Internal Project Manager – New Building & Office Relocation
Location: Nicosia, Cyprus
Duration: Approximately 3 years
Seniority: Mid-Senior to Senior Level

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Internal Project Manager to oversee a major new building and office relocation project for a leading organisation in Nicosia.
  • The organisation is moving to a new building, with the overall project overseen by the Group CFO.
  • An experienced Project Manager is required to take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the project, ensuring that all workstreams, stakeholders and suppliers are aligned and that the new premises are fully operational and ready for occupation.
  • The role will act as the central coordination point between internal departments, the construction company, external consultants, technology providers and other suppliers. While the physical construction will be managed by an appointed construction company, the Project Manager will oversee the broader project, from internal space planning and technology requirements through to operational readiness and the final relocation.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager with experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects within a large corporate environment.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Programme/Project Lead, ideally within a large corporate organisation or a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Demonstrable experience managing large-scale projects involving multiple workstreams, external suppliers, internal departments and senior stakeholders.
  • Previous involvement in a new building project, major office relocation, corporate facilities project, workplace transformation or a similar complex operational transition would be a strong advantage.
  • Strong project planning, scheduling, coordination and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and interdependencies simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating technology implementation, IT infrastructure, equipment installation or technology transfers as part of a wider project.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior management, technical teams, contractors and business departments.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to monitor project progress, manage risks, follow up on deliverables and ensure accountability across all parties.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with tools such as MS Project, Planner or similar scheduling and tracking platforms would be beneficial.
  • A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field would be an advantage.

Important Considerations:

  • A background in civil engineering or construction is not essential. The physical construction works will be managed by an appointed construction company.
  • Candidates must demonstrate the ability to oversee the wider project, coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure the new building is fully functional and ready for occupation.
  • Experience reporting to C-level executives or working closely with senior leadership would be beneficial.

What Success Looks Like:

  • The successful candidate will ensure that the new building project progresses in a coordinated and structured manner, all departments and suppliers are aligned, technology and equipment are ready, and the relocation is completed according to the agreed plan with minimal disruption to business operations.

Benefits :

  • Competitive remuneration package (incl. 13th salary)
  • Bonus Scheme that reflects firm & individual performance
  • Provident Fund
  • Occupational doctor
  • Gym benefits
  • Running Club
  • Social committee
