Our client is a Payment Service Provider in Limassol, looking for a Senior Payments Support Agent.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support to merchants, addressing enquiries related to payment solutions, integrations, and technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems, offering timely and effective solutions.
- Assist clients in the seamless integration of payment solutions, including card processing, APMs, and Open Banking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of API documentation.
- Work closely with clients to guide them through the integration process, leveraging API documentation effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored technical support.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment solutions.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and workflows for improved efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support, particularly in the payments industry.
- Understanding of API documentation and integration processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Work permit/EU-citizenship
- Located in Cyprus
Working hours:
- The working days are Monday – Friday. There is a shift pattern in place for this position. It’s until 10:00 pm and is done on a rotation with the rest of the team. The team member working until 10:00pm will work from home.
