Our client, a Law Firm in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Services Administrator to join their expanding Corporate Services Department.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the incorporation and administration of Cyprus and international companies.
- Preparing and filing corporate documents, including resolutions, annual returns, changes of directors/shareholders, and other statutory filings.
- Managing corporate records and ensure timely submission of documents to the relevant authorities.
- Handling client communication and coordination with third-party providers on corporate-related matters.
- Maintaining and updating internal CRM and document management systems.
- Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and other regulatory bodies.
- Managing UBO Registers, Trust Registers, and Economic Substance compliance.
- Supporting day-to-day client interactions and ensure high-quality service standards.
Requirements:
- A good knowledge of corporate services activities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (corporate services, law firm, or fiduciary services preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, with good time management and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
Working Hours:
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Friday 08:00-14:00 (onsite role)
