Our client, an Asset management company in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Financial Sales Agent who will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting suitable financial products, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. This role acts as the frontline representative of the company, translating complex financial concepts into clear benefits for the customer. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of the financial services landscape.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and current portfolio.
- Present, explain, and recommend financial products (e.g., insurance policies, investment funds, retirement plans, loans) that align with client needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Cross-sell additional products to the existing client base to deepen relationships and increase wallet share.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and generate repeat business.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain regular contact with the client portfolio to review their financial standing and recommend adjustments as their life circumstances change.
Compliance & Administration:
- Strictly adhere to all industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards during the sales process.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, applications, and account opening documentation.
- Maintain a detailed and organized record of all client interactions, sales activities, and pending deals in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and new product launches.
Requirements:
- Fluent German and English skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field strongly preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in sales in financial services, banking, or insurance
- Ability to articulate complex financial information in a simple, convincing manner.
- Comfort with rejection and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a target-driven environment.
- High level of honesty and transparency when dealing with sensitive client financial information.
- Strong math skills for calculating rates, returns, and payment schedules
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Working Hours:
The working hours will be Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm with 1 hour lunch (onsite role)
