Our client Brokerage based in Limassol are looking to recruit motivated and results-driven professionals on a senior level to join the Business Development team on-site  at their Limassol based offices 

The successful candidates will play a key role in expanding our network, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting client relationships. Working closely with the Head of Business Development, you’ll help drive growth across various markets, maintain strong collaborations, and contribute directly to the company’s long-term success.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Find potential IB (Introducing Broker) partners, clients, and explore new market opportunities.
  • Develop and grow your network and client portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential IB partners. 


CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Senior Business Developer:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within the Forex or financial industry.
  • Portfolio/ Book of clients  (Mandatory and only candidates with a book of clients will be considered)  
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage high-value partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, client behavior, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Legal eligibility to work (valid work permit).
