Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operation of the office.
- Handle phone calls, correspondence, and emails.
- Organise and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain files and ensure accurate data entry.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good command of the English language.
- Organisational and communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Creativity and basic graphic-design knowledge (e.g., designing simple promotional materials such as flyers, brochures).
- Experience in managing and creating content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
