Our client, an Audit and Accountancy firm, in Limassol is looking to hire a Payroll Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration and Processing for Multi Industries Clients
  • Management of Ergani / SISnet / Tax For All systems
  • Calculation of Social Insurance Contributions, Income Tax (PAYE) and Provident Fund
  • Registration and Deregistration of companies and Self-Employed Individuals with Social Insurance Authorities, including objections
  • Administration of Employment Contracts, Hiring and Termination Procedures
  • Communication with Clients and internal department stakeholders
  • Statutory Submissions & Deadlines
  • Invoicing and billing procedures
  • Labour and Social Insurance Legislation
  • Employment Income Taxation
  • Payroll software: PremierSoft Payroll System

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role in the payroll department of a company
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent in English and Greek

Working Hours:

The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8 am to 5 pm with a 15 minute break and Friday from 8am to 2pm.
