Our client, a Law Office based in Limassol, is looking to hire a Secretary.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and sending of letters and emails.
- Filing and organization of case files.
- Office organization and administration.
- Scanning and archiving of documents.
- Sending faxes, emails, etc.
- Organizing and scheduling office meetings.
- Telephone communication with clients, partners, or other relevant parties.
- Forwarding calls to office staff, taking messages, providing basic information, and responding when necessary.
- Ensuring the office is well-maintained, orderly, and tidy.
- Welcoming and assisting visitors.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings with clients.
- Managing the office calendar and client appointments.
- Issuing invoices and receipts.
- Performing general secretarial duties.
- Carrying out actions and tasks related to the management and functioning of the law firm.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
- Fluent command of English and Greek, verbal and written
- Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook, Excel etc)
- Strong analytical skills coupled with high attention to detail
- Multi-tasking, communication, administrative, organizational and management skills
- Character integrity, professionalism, responsibility and reliability
Working Hours:
The working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-13:00 - 15:00-18:00 (onsite role)
