Our client, a Corporate Services Company in Limassol, is looking to hire a Secretary/ Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Phone management
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Dealing with messengers, international couriers and other associates
- Liaising with the Registrar of Companies, Certifying Officers, and other local regulatory authorities
- Petty Cash Management and Reconciliation
- Office Supply Control
- Other duties as may be assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Previous working experience in an accounting/law/corporate services office
- A Secretarial Studies diploma/certificate will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent command of both Greek and English (this is a MUST) – Knowledge of any additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Working knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook
Working Hours:
- The working hours are 08:30-13:00 & 13:45-17:30 (Mon - Thu) and 09:30-14:00 on Fridays.
- Part-time employment would also be acceptable (e.g. 08:30–14:00).
- This is onsite job.
