Our client is a Law Firm based in Nicosia and they are looking for a Legal Secretary.
Responsibilities:
- Secretarial Support and customer reception
- Filing and archiving
- Courier handling
- Use of Registrar and Zygos electronic systems
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Zygos system or equivalent will be an advantage
- Fluent English skills
Working Hours:
- The working hours are Monday - Friday 8am-1pm and 2pm-5pm.
- During June, July and August they finish at 2pm on Fridays
- This is an onsite role.
