Our client is currently recruiting for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our iGaming and Gambling (Casino and Sport Betting) Department in Sales and Business Development position.
Job Summary:
- This individual will be responsible for helping to drive growth of our services through effective sales and business development strategies, client relationship management, and partnerships.
- This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic international team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our group.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients and partners in the gaming industry, showcasing the value of our business, products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our client base and enhance our brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a B2B Sales / Business Development Manager or in any similar role, in the online gambling industry.
- Team player who knows how to work in a team in order to bring greater value to the table.
- Connections with owners, c-level individuals and the key players in the online gambling industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the online gambling industry and B2B sales techniques and strategies, including prospecting, leads' generation and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a portfolio of clientele and influence clients at all levels of an organization.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English. Additional Foreign languages – an advantage
Salary and Budget:
- The client is offering a starting salary of around 3,000 Euros gross monthly plus bonuses.
- Salary can be negotiated if the candidate has a ready book of clients to bring along.
