What You’ll Bring:
- Proven Expertise: At least 3 years of business development experience in CFDs, forex, or financial services. If you’ve had multiple roles, at least one should reflect 3+ years of sustained performance and success.
- Market Insight: A solid grasp of the trading landscape, industry trends, and client needs, enabling you to speak the language of the markets fluently.
- Professional Edge: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You’re polite, approachable, and exude confidence in all your dealings.
- Relationship-Driven: A strong network of industry contacts is a major advantage, along with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships that drive results.
- Tech Savvy: Knowledge of trading platforms, bridges, and CRMs is a strong advantage, demonstrating your ability to connect with clients on technical and operational levels.
- Cyprus Base: You’re already based in Cyprus or excited to relocate to this hub of financial innovation.
- Multilingual Talent: Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a bonus in connecting with diverse global audiences.
