Our client, an FX Company in Limassol, with a focus on the Asian market, is looking to hire an experienced Risk Manager who will be responsible for trading-related matters such as controlling the A/B book, evaluating market risks, maximizing the broker's profits and minimizing potential losses. Strong knowledge of and experience with MT4/MT5 and rule management is a must as this is a startup company and no training will be provided. In this role you will lead the team in Cyprus. This is a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Design, manage and optimize the account types and trading varieties supported by the product.
- Configure, manage and optimize the trading parameters of the MT5 administrator to ensure its normal operation.
- A-Book and B-Book transaction management, monitoring and processing platforms may be at risk.
- Develop, optimize and improve the product's risk control rules, processes and indicators, and summarize, sort out and report the transactions of all its customers.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree and English language skills are required
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in investment risk control in a forex company
- Being able to work independently and being familiar with the use and management of MT4/MT5.
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
- Excellent English skills
- Is a CySEC Advanced and AML Certification are a plus
- Located in Cyprus
Working hours:
- The working hours are 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday (remote)
