Our client, a prestigious group of high-end restaurants in Limassol, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across their premium hospitality venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
- Lead, motivate, and manage front-of-house teams to maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests, handling customer feedback and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operational teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and team performance to optimize productivity and service standards.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness in line with company and local regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff members.
- Monitor inventory levels, supplier orders, and cost control measures.
- Support the implementation of marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities.
- Prepare operational reports and work closely with senior management on performance targets and business objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within high-end or luxury hospitality venues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Good understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and cost control.
- Fluency in English is essential; Greek or additional languages will be considered an advantage.
