Group Operations Manager - (Hospitality and F& B) - Limassol

Our client is a prestigious Hospitality Group consisting of 3 high end restaurants offering an exceptional culinary and leisure experience located in Limassol and they are looking for a Group Operations Manager that has experience and coming from the  same industry sector- Limassol

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Group Operations Manager to oversee and streamline operations across three premium venues in Limassol.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage teams, implement structure, and ensure consistency in service, quality, and profitability across all locations. The ideal candidate brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership
    • Oversee daily operations across all venues, ensuring smooth and efficient service
    • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
    • Ensure consistency in guest experience, service standards, and brand identity
    • Monitor and improve operational workflows across front and back of house
  • Team Management
    • Lead, train, and develop venue managers and key staff
    • Build a strong management structure with clear accountability
    • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
    • Foster a culture of professionalism, ownership, and teamwork
  • Financial Performance
    • Monitor P&L across all venues and drive profitability
    • Control costs (labour, inventory, suppliers) without compromising quality
    • Set budgets and track KPIs for each location
    • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Quality & Guest Experience
    • Ensure high standards in food, beverage, and service delivery
    • Actively monitor guest feedback and resolve issues quickly
    • Maintain strong attention to detail across all touchpoints
  • Supplier & Inventory Management
    • Oversee procurement and supplier relationships
    • Ensure cost-effective purchasing and stock control systems
    • Minimise waste and improve inventory accuracy
  • Compliance & Standards
    • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and local regulations
    • Maintain hygiene and safety standards across all venues

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in hospitality (multi-unit preferred)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Solid understanding of restaurant/bar operations at all levels
  • Experience managing budgets, P&L, and cost control
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple venues simultaneously
  • Fluent in English (Greek or Russian is a plus)
