Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Cyprus, is looking for a Sales Representative for Paphos region. The person needs to be aware of the commercial scene of Paphos region and Cyprus overall, and have hands-on experience in real estate sales. In this role you will need to travel between Paphos and Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales of properties within the Paphos region of Cyprus.
- Full management of the sales of the company’s own developments.
- Build and maintain relationships with the agency network.
- Be the face of the company during events, presenting in front of crowds as needed.
- Meet personal and business sales targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of successful B2C and sales experience.
- Fluency in English is key, with Russian as a major advantage.
- Solid understanding of the Cyprus real estate market and its key client, agent and partner channels would be considered a strong advantage.
- Result-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious team player.
- Confident negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
- Excellent oratory skills and ability to present in front of a crowd.
