Our Client which is a well known group of companies who offer services across five inter-connected industries: Maritime, Business, Travel, Property and Environment is looking to hire a Junior Purchasing Coordinator to work directly with the Group Supply Chain Manager at their location in Larnaca.
Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Larnaca Municipality for a Purchasing Coordinator.
- The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for managing purchasing processes including the creation and management of purchase orders, overseeing procurement activities, and ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services.
- Additionally, the role will involve maintaining detailed records, conducting market research, and analyzing procurement data to support the decision-making process.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and general Purchasing
- Strong Analytical Skills related to Procurement
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in the Maritime, Travel, Property, or Environment sectors is a plus.
