HYBRID MODEL - 1-2X in the office -Limassol

About the Company
We are a Limassol-based consulting firm operating at the intersection of financial services, regulatory compliance, and global market infrastructure. Our clients span multiple jurisdictions, and our work demands precision, urgency, and deep industry expertise.

The Role

  • We are seeking a Payment Processing Specialist with deep experience in PSP relationships and C2B payment flows for online platforms operating in FX, CFD, and adjacent high-risk verticals.
  • The position is largely remote, with daily collaboration across international teams and close integration with senior stakeholders.
  • You will be the primary point of expertise for everything payments — from PSP sourcing and negotiation to troubleshooting and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard PSPs suitable for high-risk, cross-border client profiles.
  • Manage end-to-end C2B payment processing for online platforms, with a focus on Japan, Malaysia, Southeast Asia, and LATAM markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with acquiring banks, payment processors, and alternative payment providers.
  • Collaborate daily with operations, and client-facing teams across multiple time zones.
  • Stay current on regulatory developments, local payment preferences, and PSP landscape changes in target markets.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for payment infrastructure as the client portfolio scales.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in payment processing within financial services — specifically FX, CFDs, Crypto, Derivatives, or iGaming.
  • Hands-on expertise with C2B payment flows for online platforms across Japan, Malaysia, SE Asia, and LATAM — not theoretical; you must have done this.
  • Native-level or fully fluent English — written and spoken — with strong communication skills across cultures.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership: you research, you execute, you deliver.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working within or for a consulting firm advising financial services clients.
  • Familiarity with licensing requirements and regulatory frameworks across key markets.
  • Multi-lingual capability relevant to target markets (Japanese, Malay, Spanish, Portuguese) is a notable advantage.
  • Track record of independently building a PSP network from the ground up.

This Role Is Not For Everyone

  • We believe in transparency. Please read the following carefully before applying:
    • This is not a 9-to-5 role. We operate in a 24/7 global market. If you value rigid work-life balance over professional impact and high achievement, do not apply.
    • This is not a role for delegators. If your first instinct is to outsource research to an agency, this is not the right fit. You will do the heavy lifting yourself until the revenue justifies scaling.
    • We value quality over tenure. Whether you have 2 years of experience or 20, what matters is what you have built, your ability to solve complex problems, and your drive to win.
    • Extreme ownership is expected. You will manage tasks end to end. No one will be holding your hand.

What We Offer

  • A high-impact role with direct access to senior leadership and meaningful decision-making authority.
  • Exposure to a diverse, international client base across multiple regulated and high-growth markets.
  • A performance-driven culture where results are recognised and rewarded.
  • The opportunity to build something — not just maintain it.
  • It will be a Hybrid role (more remote than hybrid to be honest) with 1-2 days a week in the office.
