Our client, a Property Development Company in Limassol, a Portfolio Manager is looking to hire a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- The position requires daily coordinated guidance of employees , laborers and subcontractors.
- Management of the construction site between the organization of the groups,
- the ensuring of the completion of projects, according to specification as well as quality and safety
- Scheduling and coordinating work based on schedule, drawings, measurements and monitoring for work accuracy
- Productivity control, as well as materials and machinery management
- Preparation of measurements, regulatory subcontractors, and material orders

Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel ,Word) and AutoCAD
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek
- Accuracy, attentions to details and understanding of construction work
- Driver's license holder
Working hours:
- The working Hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30-5:00
