Our client is the owner of a shared office space company in Aradippou, Larnaca. They are looking for an Executive Office Administrator.

In general they are looking to hire an executive administrator who can assist with administrative tasks for a family wealth business.
The day to day tasks will be dealing with paper work, banks, accountants, FICA and KYC.
They will also be working as an office assistant in a shared office space.

You will be responsible for running the day to day activities of the office, such as: 

  • Being a Personal assistant and a virtual assistant.
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Helping our foreign clients translation services and day to day tasks on opening accounts, paying bills, setting up meeting.
  • If they have bookkeeping background it’s a bonus.

The candidate should be:

  • Fluent in English and in Greek.
  • Live in Larnaca
  • Have there own vehicle in order to drive to meeting and drop things off.

Salary:

  • Salary around EUR2,000 per month

Working hours:

  • Working hours: 8am -5pm
