Our client is a Business Consulting Services firm offering a wide array of compliance consulting services specifically designed for the digital asset market are looking to recruit a Product Manager working on a Hybrid work model to join the team at their Limassol based offices.
Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps.Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to the teams
- Scope and prioritise activities based on business data
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Drive product launches including working with executives, and other management team members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager in fintech or blockchain industry
- Experience of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web3 technologies.
- Data analytics skills
- Market and competitive analysis
- Strong problem solving skills
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
- Skilled at writing bulletproof PRD’s
Salary and benefits
- We are open to negotiation depending on experience.
- 13th Salary
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 8 (eight) hours per day with a 1 (one) hour lunch break. Start times are flexible
- Starting date: As soon as possible (Ideally January 1st)
