Our client, is a fast-growing boutique real estate company in Limassol which creates, transforms and develops exceptional buildings. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Portfolio Manager. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of equities, bonds, ETFs, and other financial instruments.
  • Monitor and evaluate global market trends, economic indicators, and company performance.
  • Develop detailed financial models, valuation frameworks, and forecasts.
  • Prepare equity research reports, investment recommendations, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers or clients to design investment strategies.
  • Keep up-to-date with market news, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities.
  • Use financial tools and platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, FactSet) to gather and analyse data.
  • Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders or decision-makers.

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
  • CFA, CPA, or similar professional certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Entry-Level: 1-3 years experience in equity research, financial analysis, or a related role.
  • Mid-Level/Senior: 5+ years of experience in investment research, portfolio management, or trading.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, DCF, and other valuation methods.
  • Strong understanding of equity markets, bonds, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
  • Advanced knowledge of tools like Excel, Bloomberg, or financial databases.
  • Ability to assess company financial statements and market data.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Working hours:

  • The working hours are 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday (onsite)
