Our client, a very well-established travel and destination management company in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Greek and English-speaking Partner Relations Associate for their upcoming SaaS app launch. A degree or experience in tourism or related fields, as well as previous client-facing positions, will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard tour guides, suppliers, and other partners onto our applications
- Process new partner accounts and manage the entire onboarding process
- Assist partners and respond to partners inquiries
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
Requirements:
- Degree in Events, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing or Business
- Fluent English and Greek
- Knowledge of French / Italian/ Spanish language will be considered an advantage
- Strong customer service skills
- High-quality work, proactive and able to react quickly and solve problems in real-time
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Energetic, sociable and service oriented
- Computer literacy and ability to work simultaneously with a variety of systems
- Dynamic and flexible with strong attention to detail
- Experience in a hotel, event agency, travel agency, or similar will be considered as an advantage
- Experience in Customer Support/ Sales will be considered as an advantage
Working Hours:
- The working hours will be Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch (onsite role)
