Senior Affiliate Manager – Online Casino - Remote but must be based in Cyprus.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to join our growing team and drive success in our affiliate program. The ideal candidate will have a proven portfolio of affiliate partnerships and strong expertise in managing accounts within the iGaming sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow affiliate accounts, ensuring long term profitable relationships.
- Analyze performance data to make strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Negotiate deals and commission structures with affiliates to maximize ROI.
- Prepare and deliver accurate payment reports to affiliates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliate management, ideally within online casino or iGaming.
- Strong portfolio of established affiliate relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Experience in the LATAM market is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and make data driven decisions.
- Must be based in Cyprus, but will work mostly remotely, possibly meeting up for meetings with the rest of the team in Limassol or Larnaca
