Our client, a Technology Company in Nicosia, is looking to recruit an experienced and highly organised PA & Executive Administrator. This is a full-time, office-based role in a bright, modern workspace in Nicosia. The ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter, capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. You will provide high-level support to our executive team and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, and act as a key point of contact.
  • Digital Office Management: Utilise and optimise Microsoft Office 365, project management tools, and document-sharing platforms.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive business and client information with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • HR & Operations Support: Assist with recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and internal communications.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Take on various tasks as needed, showing flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination: Organise company events, exhibitions, webinars, and client engagements.

Requirements:

  • Proven background as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Office Administrator in a professional setting.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and other business productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact professionally with executives and clients
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Comfortable with evolving business needs and willing to take on varied responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with the space, technology, or geospatial sector is a plus but not essential.

Working hours:

  • The working hours semi flexible. It is a 8.5 hour shift (30 mins for lunch) between the hours of 8am to 6pm (i.e start at 8 finish at 4.30), Monday to Friday.
