Our client, a boutique licensed AIFM is looking to hire an Office Manager to join their team in Limassol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration - manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, equipment, and facility needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, and building management.
  • Ensure the office space is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
  • Executive and Team Support - provide administrative assistance to senior leadership (e.g., scheduling, travel coordination, meeting preparation).
  • Support HR and onboarding processes for new hires (welcome kits, etc.).
  • Organize company-wide communications, events, and offsite.
  • Culture and Employee Engagement - foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Plan team-building events, holiday celebrations, and employee appreciation initiatives.
  • Act as an internal point of contact for employee inquiries and needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or relevant role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must, Greek is an advantage.
