Our client is an international energy company who has activities both in Cyprus and overseas. They are currently looking for an Office Manager / PA for their office in Limassol.

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Provide support to the company’s executives, CEO, including travelling and other arrangements
  • Responsible for maintaining day to day administrative services
  • Answering all company calls and taking messages 
  • Arranging appointments/meetings and maintaining calendar 
  • front-desk activities
  • Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Ordering stationery and any other office supplies to ensure smooth operation of the office.

Looking for a candidate with:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting, business administration, marketing 
  • Preferably 2-3 experience in a similar position 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, power point, outlook)
  • Fluent in English and Greek and  Russian
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Responsible /reliable person
  • Motivated, committed and disciplined
  • Capable of multi-tasking
