Our client, a Technology Company in Nicosia, is looking to recruit an Office Administrator/Executive Assistant.  This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a challenging environment, dealing with clients from across the globe, supporting our dedicated team and reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Personal Assistant to CEO
  • Update company website and social media content
  • Oversee daily schedules and resource planning software
  • Organise events or meetings, organise agendas, take meeting notes
  • Track and replace office supplies
  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
  • Maintain company filing system
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed, scanning, photocopying
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in office administration or related field
  • Well organised and self-motivated, able to work without supervision
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint).
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, attention to detail.
  • Relevant experience will be considered an advantage
  • Graphic design skills and experience will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent use of the English language, written and verbal (Greek skills are a plus)
  • Able to handle confidential information

Working hours:

  • The working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (onsite role)
