Our client, an IT Services Company, based in Limassol, is currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Office Administrator to join their team.

This is a dual-function role combining office management responsibilities for the Limassol office with dedicated office administrator. In terms of office management capacity, the role ensures the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the local office.

The role is also to provides high-level executive support to the CTO. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, discreet, and proactive professional with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage complex, fast-moving demands with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee all day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and events
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities and maintenance
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and internal documentation
  • Handle correspondence, communications, and mail distribution
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Manage office budget, petty cash, and expense reporting
  • Liaise with HR, Operations, IT, and PA services as needed
  • Implement and improve office policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with external service providers and contractors
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (a plus)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an office management or senior administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and office procurement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English. Other languages will be considered an advantage 
  • Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
