Our client is an International Fintech Company. For their office in Nicosia they are looking to hire an Executive Director with a strong background in sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of the organization's market strategy, with responsibility for commercial activities and business growth initiatives.
- Lead and oversee the company's core operational areas, including customer relationships, marketing activities, and trading performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously enhance the company's governance, risk management, and internal control systems, while proactively monitoring the organization's overall risk exposure.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and supervisory requirements, acting to maintain the company's compliance with the relevant financial regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
- Fluent Greek and English skills
- At least 10 years working sales experience in the forex industry
- At least 3 years’ experience as an Executive Director or similar for a CySEC regulated company

The working hours are office hours (hybrid role)
